Happy Mother’s Day, Mom Entrepreneurs and Small Biz Owners
Happy Mother’s Day Mom Entrepreneurs!
From one mother to another take the time out and enjoy this special day! Pamper yourselves or let others pamper you. Being a Mom is a lot of work, huge responsibilities, and a special club that once you join you will never get out of. Being a mother for me is about sacrifices, special moments, and lots of endless ♥love♥. For mom entrepreneurs or even working Moms there is an added pressure to not only do well in your desired field, but to also do well as a parent. Spending time away from the family can be difficult —missing games, events, and other important activities can be a very big deal. It is important to find balance in order to excel as a mom in business. Sometimes you may want to include your children and spouse in your entrepreneurial activities. Not only to get more work done, but for family bonding time. Once your loved ones see how much work you take on they will gain a whole level of respect for you. If your children are small and not able to assist (like my 3 little Angels), try to make sure that you are spending as much time as possible with them. Pass up events and activities that are not mandatory to the growth of your business. Be sure to attend the business functions that can aid in taking your business to the next level. Stay at home Moms I salute you too! I have been there and it is
ALOT a ton of work…so much work that it pushed me back into entrepreneurship because I find it to me easier!
