Throughout the month of July celebrate being a small business for Independent Retailer Month —a global Shop Local initiative. The purpose of the campaign is to feature the vital role local merchants have within the community, economy, and the overall retail sector. Encourage your clients or customers to make a commitment to shop local throughout the month of July (and beyond). Inform them of the important impact that shopping local has on your local community and the economy. And reward your customers that participate!
If your business is located in Atlanta, GA or the surrounding areas get featured on the Atlanta Small Business Examiner (Examiner.com) ONLY IF you will be participating in Independent Retailer Month.
